Breathwork for Relationships

“Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.” – Rumi

With breathwork you can transform any negative emotion – anger, frustration, anxiety, sadness – into joy, connectedness and wholeness. You become the best version of yourself and engage with your partner from this place. This class is perfect for people who are already in a relationship, and even better if you can breathe with your partner! It’s also great for single people who are ready to call in more fulfilling and healthier relationships than the ones you may have experienced in the past. Description

The two most common statements after this class are…

“That felt like 20 years of therapy without saying a word!”

and

“That was the most profound experience I’ve ever had.”

Breathwork is a purely experiential thing that’s different for everybody and different every time you do it, so it’s impossible to describe but one thing is guaranteed and that is that you will feel completely different than how you felt when you started. Don’t take my word for it, do it, and find out for yourself…It’s undeniable.

Jon Paul will explain the technique and some of the things you may experience with humor and east coast straightforwardness. (No woo woo here)

After the Active Breathing (There’s a little bit of work in Breathwork) he’ll take you through a guided Heart Opening that will leave you FILLED with Gratitude and Love.

Breathwork is a powerful technique for exploration, discovery, healing, and personal growth. Working with the breath enables you to take better care of yourself and release beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you. Most people leave breathwork sessions feeling clearer, calmer, more content and relaxed. You’ll breathe to a curated playlist to enhance the experience and help you focus.

When we saturate our bodies with oxygen it helps clear negative emotions and traumas from our sympathetic nervous system, reduce stress, as well as a variety of other stored emotional experiences.

This Breathwork technique bi-passes the critic in our brain and talks directly to the body. Breathwork has the ability to help us reduce stress and open our up creativity. Currently, breathwork is being used on Veterans with PTSD and they are having great success in the reduction of symptoms.

After a few minutes of breathing, you may feel a tingly sensation of energy vibrating through your body, moving the stuck energy in your system. Many people report having profound experiences. Your experience will be unique to you and your path.

Breathwork is different for everyone and different every time you do it.
