Breathwork for Purpose & Fulfillment

Too many people feel that if they’re not happy ALL the time that there’s something wrong with them. Happiness is an emotion and like all emotions it comes and goes like clouds in the sky.  Purpose and fulfillment however will sustain you through difficult times and fill you up even when you might be feeling empty.  But where to start? By tapping into your inner wisdom and ask yourself the deeper questions. Living up to your fullest potential, doing what you love will eliminate many of your problems. In this class we will use intention and Breathwork to connect to your purpose or if you need clarity, discover what that purpose may be.  Let’s use this time to reboot what our priorities are and when this finally passes be ready to step into what we want to do with the rest of our lives.

Class length is about 60 to 90 minutes depending on how long you like to lay there and enjoy it. When checking out, please leave the newsletter subscription box checked if you wish to receive a recording of the live class after it ends. Live class recording expires 72 hours after class.

Description

The two most common statements after this class are…

“That felt like 20 years of therapy without saying a word!”

and

“That was the most profound experience I’ve ever had.”

Breathwork is a purely experiential thing that’s different for everybody and different every time you do it, so it’s impossible to describe but one thing is guaranteed and that is that you will feel completely different than how you felt when you started. Don’t take my word for it, do it, and find out for yourself…It’s undeniable.

Jon Paul will explain the technique and some of the things you may experience with humor and east coast straightforwardness. (No woo woo here)

After the Active Breathing (There’s a little bit of work in Breathwork) he’ll take you through a guided Heart Opening that will leave you FILLED with Gratitude and Love.

Breathwork is a powerful technique for exploration, discovery, healing, and personal growth. Working with the breath enables you to take better care of yourself and release beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you. Most people leave breathwork sessions feeling clearer, calmer, more content and relaxed. You’ll breathe to a curated playlist to enhance the experience and help you focus.

When we saturate our bodies with oxygen it helps clear negative emotions and traumas from our sympathetic nervous system, reduce stress, as well as a variety of other stored emotional experiences.

This Breathwork technique bi-passes the critic in our brain and talks directly to the body. Breathwork has the ability to help us reduce stress and open our up creativity. Currently, breathwork is being used on Veterans with PTSD and they are having great success in the reduction of symptoms.

After a few minutes of breathing, you may feel a tingly sensation of energy vibrating through your body, moving the stuck energy in your system. Many people report having profound experiences. Your experience will be unique to you and your path.

Breathwork is different for everyone and different every time you do it.
