Live Online Breathwork Class August 9th – 9am (PST) 12pm (EST)

Breathwork for Self-care, Self-love, & Self-Acceptance

This is a struggle whether we like to admit it or not, we all have work to do when it comes to self-care, self-love, and self-acceptance. Here’s the good news, they are actually all the same thing. Start focusing on improving how you treat and talk to yourself and your life with change. We all hear about self-care, but what does that mean? It is not simply taking a bubble bath, it is putting in the effort to love yourself and stop beating yourself up and being so hard on yourself and grinding on how you can’t do anything right. We are all doing our best. Breathwork helps you find compassion for yourself and that spills over to having compassion for others. Easier said than down. This practice drops you into gratitude and your heart and that’s where you cultivate a practice of self-love and care.

Class length is about 60 to 90 minutes depending on how long you like to lay there and enjoy it. When checking out, please leave the newsletter subscription box checked if you wish to receive a recording of the live class after it ends. Live class recording expires 72 hours after class.

The two most common statements after this class are…

“That felt like 20 years of therapy without saying a word!”

“That was the most profound experience I’ve ever had.”

Breathwork is a purely experiential thing that’s different for everybody and different every time you do it, so it’s impossible to describe but one thing is guaranteed and that is that you will feel completely different than how you felt when you started. Don’t take my word for it, do it, and find out for yourself…It’s undeniable.

Jon Paul will explain the technique and some of the things you may experience with humor and east coast straightforwardness. (No woo woo here)

After the Active Breathing (There’s a little bit of work in Breathwork) he’ll take you through a guided Heart Opening that will leave you FILLED with Gratitude and Love.

Breathwork is a powerful technique for exploration, discovery, healing, and personal growth. Working with the breath enables you to take better care of yourself and release beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you. Most people leave breathwork sessions feeling clearer, calmer, more content and relaxed. You’ll breathe to a curated playlist to enhance the experience and help you focus.

When we saturate our bodies with oxygen it helps clear negative emotions and traumas from our sympathetic nervous system, reduce stress, as well as a variety of other stored emotional experiences.

This Breathwork technique bi-passes the critic in our brain and talks directly to the body. Breathwork has the ability to help us reduce stress and open our up creativity. Currently, breathwork is being used on Veterans with PTSD and they are having great success in the reduction of symptoms.

After a few minutes of breathing, you may feel a tingly sensation of energy vibrating through your body, moving the stuck energy in your system. Many people report having profound experiences. Your experience will be unique to you and your path.

Breathwork is different for everyone and different every time you do it.
